The terms we hold ourselves to.
Short, in plain language, and the same commitments made everywhere else on this site. If a term here contradicts something a page says, this page is the one that counts.
Service terms

Nothing is placed without a written reason
You set a budget per client. We choose each placement within it and write on the order which publisher, which page, at what price, and why. A placement with no reason on the order, or one outside the budget you set, is not billable.

The five checks apply to every placement
Own-locale traffic 2,000+, spam score returned and under 40, relevance 40+, operator cap enforced, no rented links. A check that cannot be run is a failure. There is no manual override.

Twelve-month guarantee
If a placement is removed, switched to nofollow, deindexed, 404s or redirects within twelve months of going live, we replace it or refund it. Nine states are checked weekly and reported to you monthly.

Indexation remedy
A placement not indexed within 60 days of going live is replaced or refunded. We do not guarantee indexation itself, because nobody honestly can.

Automatic late credits
Credits accrue per day past the agreed delivery date without you claiming them. From day eight you may take a substitute placement or a refund.

Permanent suppression
Every destination domain you send us is excluded from our own outreach permanently, including after this agreement ends. We will not remove a domain from that list on request, because doing so would only reduce your protection.

White-label delivery
Publishers are not told who the end client is. Deliverables carry your branding or none. We will not name you or your clients as customers without written permission.

Pricing and invoicing
Cost-plus, with the publisher fee and our fee on separate lines. Our fee is a percentage of the publisher cost and includes the article at no additional charge. Prices are in EUR and quoted per order.

No rankings promised
We do not promise positions, traffic or revenue outcomes, and any supplier who does is guessing. What we commit to is the checks, the delivery and the guarantee above.

Either party can stop
No retainer and no lock-in. Guarantees already attached to delivered placements survive the end of the relationship for their full twelve months.
