The monitoring outlives the invoice.
Links get removed, nofollowed and deindexed. That is normal. The only question worth putting to a supplier is who carries it, for how long, and whether you have to notice it first. Here the answer is us, twelve months, and no.
12 months
Replace or refund if a link is removed, nofollowed, or the page is deindexed.
Weekly checks
Nine failure states monitored every week, with a report to you each month.
60-day indexation
If a placement is not indexed within 60 days, it is replaced or refunded.
Late credits
Automatic credit per day past the agreed delivery date. No claim needed.

The nine states we actually check.
Not a vague promise to keep an eye on things. These are the nine specific conditions the monitoring tests for on every live placement, every week.
- 01The link has been removed from the page
- 02The link has been switched to nofollow, sponsored or UGC
- 03The page has been deindexed
- 04The page returns 404 or has been unpublished
- 05The page now redirects somewhere else
- 06The anchor text has been altered
- 07The destination URL has been changed
- 08The page has moved behind a login or paywall
- 09The link has been moved out of the article body
Why the credit is automatic
A guarantee you have to claim is a guarantee most people never claim. Late credits are applied to your account by the system that tracks the delivery date, without you raising anything, because the party who noticed the delay should not also have to do the paperwork.
Replace or refund, your choice
If a placement fails inside twelve months you decide which you want. A replacement goes through the same five checks as the original, so it is not a weaker site handed over to close the ticket.
What a replacement has to clear →Test the guarantee on one link.
One placement is enough to see the monthly report, the monitoring record and how a replacement is handled if it comes to that.
